Best PHO places (IMO)

Paradise
Pho 99

Please do not go to PHO 75 as they have the worst management/customer service there.  I speak from personal experience and I'm sure a lot of other Fresno residents would agree as well.

What I mean is that the Destiny's guys own the destiny pho place, so is it the same there?

Hoa Viet is in North Cal.  I like it.. but they need to keep the fish sauce on the table.

Paradise is not owned by Paradise as Destiny is owned by Destiny.  Grin
